Customer Service

At GCS we pride ourselves on having one of the best customer service systems industry wide. Our mission is to maximize customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing our customers needs and requirements.

In these days of high performance, just-in-time delivery requirements and reduction of costs it is imperative that suppliers can react quickly to customers production spikes and priority changes. To these ends we have developed a customer service team who is trained to provide consistently exceptional customer service and support. Our production system has been created in such a way that we are flexible toward making both engineering and delivery changes on the fly. In other words, we work to our clients' convenience, not our own.

Our customer service team work in conjunction with our production and purchasing departments which allow our customers access to all of GCS (USA) Inc. resources. This gives our customers added advantage when planning their own production schedules.
At  GCS, serving the customer, is our utmost concern. In fostering a close relationship with our clients we are able to anticipate and respond to customer needs quickly and efficiently.


Conceptual Design

Each dash panel is rigourously tested using a customized testing device, where each contact is coupled and verified before the dash is shipped. The testing is documented and approved prior to shipment. With such stringent quality control, it is no wonder that there is less than 1% customer return rate.


Engineering

We work closely with our customers throughout development to ensure that they are fully satisifed with the concepts and designs that we are providing. From schematics, to molded samples, to bill of materials, the final product and after market support, we lead them through the process each step of the way to guarantee a smooth transition into their production.

Quality Control

Quality Control is our single most important department. Sales , service and price doesn't mean a whole lot if the product we're supplying does not meet or exceed both our customer's standards and ours'. This is why we have implemented procedures to ensure that our standards remain the industries highest.

We start this procedure by researching the required components with both the manufacture and / or it's agents. Where as price is a critical factor in choosing a supplier, customer support from the supplier is equally important. We request data on such items as incoming inspection, rotation of stock, warranties, and procedures to have rejected parts replaced.

Once the parts are received by GCS staff, they are placed in a quarantined area until the parts have been inspected . Only then are they put into our stock department. GCS builds all of our customer's goods to an approved drawing, which is electronically reproduced at each assembler's station. This enables us to supply product consistency.

Once completed, each panel, dash, and/or harness gets a complete test. We have designed and manufactured testing equipment that simulates the devices that will be driven by our products. Even the packaging in many cases is custom designed to handle the rigors of transporting goods across the continent.

The GCS serial number on all our products mean that it has past our test.
